The App is a fuel expense tracking tool designed to help users log fuel purchases and calculate vehicle efficiency. All data is stored locally on your device.
The App offers optional paid features. Purchases on iOS are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Purchases on Android are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms and refund policies. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the respective platform's policies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Fuel efficiency calculations are estimates based on data you provide and may not reflect actual vehicle performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
